RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Because ROOTED Lacrosse Co. products are made to order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size, or incorrect colour selection.

Please review the product description and sizing information carefully before placing your order.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order.

Please include your order number and photos clearly showing the issue. We will review the problem and, when approved, arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.

ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

Because orders may enter production shortly after being placed, changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to request a change.

REFUNDS

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
